- Contrary to popular belief, there are no miracle lida pills that will burn fat, gain muscle and turn you into the perfect man overnight.
- Eat high protein foods such as egg whites, cheese and beans. Milk is high in protein too. It is a scientifically proven and accepted fact that protein is crucially important in building muscle. However, if you eat a high protein diet incorporating foods of this type, any additional (and quite pricey) protein supplements you might be tempted to buy will be entirely wasteful. Excess protein is simply excreted by the body. So save your money and avoid putting anything unnatural into your body by simply tailoring your diet.
- Eat more complex wholegrain carbohydrates, the likes of which you will get from oatmeal and wholegrain bread.
- Avoid processed white foods such as white bread
- Avoid processed sugary foods. They will leave you feeling original lida and, as many white processed foods do, can interfere with your glucose levels. Eating such foods does not promote a healthy immune system either.
